Executive Chef Jonathan Romans grew up in nearby Livingston, Montana and has spent much of his life in restaurant kitchens.
He completed his Le Cordon Blue externship at the ranch back in 2000, and knew then that his dream was to become the chef at Mountain Sky. Jonathan has spent the last 23 years in some of the top kitchens in Nashville and New York City, spending the time in between travelling the globe to study and experience different food cultures. Chef Romans likes to spend the winter months traveling and donating his time and expertise to helping local youth broaden their horizons in the hospitality industry.
