Zach has been the HRBP at AMB West since 2022. From hiring to payroll, the primary function of his role is to support all the exceptional staff members at Mountain Sky Guest Ranch, West Creek Ranch, and AMB West Hold Co. Prior to joining the AMB West team, Zach worked at Vista Verde Ranch in Steamboat Springs, CO where he met his wonderful wife, Annie. When not in the office, Zach enjoys guiding fly fishing and instructing archery at Mountain Sky. Outside of work, he can be found chasing trout on the Yellowstone River or his two kids Willy and Daisy.
