Born and raised in Montana, Terance began working as a wrangler at Mountain Sky Guest Ranch in 2004. Since then, Terance has held several other positions at AMB West including Head Wrangler at West Creek Ranch and GM at Paradise Valley Ranch. Now as Director of Land, Livestock & Conservation he oversees the agriculture operations and conservation efforts across all four AMB West properties. Terance met his wife, Katie, at Mountain Sky in 2010, and they have a four-year-old son, Aldo. Besides spending time with his family, Terance enjoys carpentry, training horses and sharing the ranches with our guests and staff.
