Originally a San Diego native, at 19 I headed to Hollywood to pursue music and rock stardom. After that didn’t quite pan out, I traded in my bass guitar (figuratively) for a set of knives and began a career in Culinary, which I have been pursuing for the past 23 years, by way of properties in Portland, Palm Beach, Orlando and (mostly) Philadelphia. I’m very excited to be a part of this diverse community of staff here at Mountain Sky and am looking forward to delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our wonderful guests and hard-working staff alike.
