San Diego native with stints in Los Angeles, Austin, Portland, Palm Beach and, most recently, Philadelphia. After working for famed French Chef, Georges Perrier for three years, I helmed an upscale banquet property on the 51st Floor of 3 Logan Square in Center City Philadelphia for the next 14 years before relocating back to the West Coast. This is my third year at Mountain Sky and am very excited about our new kitchen staff, as well as our returning people.
