Hey! My name is Juliet, I’m from New Orleans, and I’m the pastry assistant this season! I’m a culinary student with a concentration in pastry at the Chef John Folse Culinary Institute at Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana. I’m looking forward to an amazing season and experimenting more with our vegan and gluten free desserts!
