I completed my Le Cordon Blue externship here at Mountain Sky back in 2000 and knew then that my dream was to one day be the Executive Chef here. This will be my fifth year as the Chef here and I feel truly blessed to be a part of the team. It’s a pleasure getting to know as many guests as possible throughout the season. I was born and raised in Livingston right down the road and have had the opportunity to travel the world studying food and food culture. It has always been my belief that food is what can bring us all together as a humans. Before coming to the ranch I was part owner of a very busy restaurant in NYC but yearned for the life that Montana has to offer so I made the move back home. I spent this past off season studying Plant Based Cuisine in Thailand, some nice vacation time in Cuba, and the rest of the winter loving life in Mexico with my Fiance Yuli (you’ll get to meet her soon enough.) Looking forward to catching up with all of you soon!
