After Culinary School, John started his career at the Kemah Boardwalk in Texas. He then went on to hotels and resorts in Branson, Missouri and Austin, Texas before joining the Air Force shortly after September 11, 2001. In 2014, John returned to his passion and opened his own retail bakery in Tomball, Texas. Before joining Mountain Sky, John served as a Pastry Chef in Waco, Texas.
