I am a yoga and wellness instructor from South Bend, Indiana who moved to the West Coast after college and never looked back! I have lived and worked in several areas over the last few years, including 3 stints in different parts of Costa Rica. I look forward to meeting all our guests and assisting them in their wellness journey, whether it is just beginning or already a part of their lives.
