Originally from southern NH, in the monadnock region I grew up surrounded by hiking trails, Ski resorts and only an hour from the ocean. Most commonly these were the places I could be found (so long as all the barn chores were done!). My hometown of Temple, NH was very small and as such we all knew each other, it was a great community to grow up in! I started in kitchen work as a dishwasher at 16 and grew to love the profession and providing people with exceptional cuisine. Prior to coming to Mtn Sky I’ve lived in northern PA for about ten years. There I met many people and had the opportunity through my employer to further my culinary knowledge along with the opportunity to explore the Allegheny Forest. I’m excited for so many things at Mtn Sky this year, not the least to learn more in a different kitchen, meet new people and to explore a new area!
