I’m originally from Florence, AL where I was a guitarist in the eclectic and iconic Muscle Shoals music scene while attending the University of North Alabama. After 3 years in Alaska working as an audio engineer and event manager, I began to teach yoga – a path that has taken me around the world, from the west coast of the United States to Russia, Mexico, Sri Lanka, and now Montana.

I’m happy to be back for my 2nd season at Mountain Sky as a Massage Therapist and Yoga Instructor. I know there are tons of amazing activities here, but don’t forget to find some time to relax and rejuvenate! I hope to see you in a yoga class or in our serene Wellness Center. Peace!
