Brent Halverson, Sous Chef

Brent grew up in the mountains outside of Santa Barbara before leaving California to attend school in Wisconsin. After getting a job cooking at a local brew pub while studying English, he realized his culinary passion had eclipsed his desire to ever write another English paper again. After spending over ten years in a variety of kitchens, he moved to Montana in 2017 and settled in Livingston.
