Welcome to the Mountain Sky Wellness Center!
While much of your stay will be packed with invigorating outdoor adventure, it is important to make time for some well-deserved rejuvenation and relaxation. This space was designed to add another dimension and greater balance to our ranch activities.
In addition to scheduled massages and yoga classes, the Mountain Sky Wellness Center features a heated outdoor pool, cedar sauna, steam room, outdoor hot tub, and grotto for you to indulge. Start your day with an energizing yoga session, pamper yourself with a healing massage after a brisk hike, or just let the warm water of the grotto wash away the rigors of the day.
This serene space, set against the backdrop of sage brush and wildflower covered hillsides, offers the perfect environment for self-guided leisure. We encourage you to grab a cup of tea and a good book, find a lounge chair and soak in the views!
You can also take wellness into the woods with our guided nature walks. Each walk is a unique experience, and can include everything from learning proper alignment, principles on simple yoga stretching, how to breathe with ease, mindfulness and more.
